Life coaching is not psychological therapy, financial consulting or a medical practice. A life coach evaluates where you are now in your life through discussion, pen and paper and other assessments, the coach shares what dilemmas you are facing, and finds ways to work together to find awareness and practical solutions. The result are “Ah-Ha!” moments that help the client change negative patterns and to seek new ways to manage their life. Mindwise Consulting also offers individual and group training in a wide range of applications. Coaching is offered in person, over the phone or over the Internet via Skype.
